SASSIE's incredible rate of growth is due to its "collaborative development model" - a fancy way of saying "two heads are better than one," or more accurately, "200 heads are better than one, especially if those 200 heads are actually using our service every day!"
From the very beginning, we've treated every SASSIE user as a development partner. We knew we had the technical skills to build the world's best mystery shopping system, but not the deep experience in the industry that is required to get things right the first time.
We believe that the combined brain power of our customer base will always come up with better methods and solutions than any one company possibly could. As a result, we have added over 300 customer requested features to SASSIE in the last two years, updating the system almost every other day.
The end result is a system of such depth that no one company could ever afford to build alone, but one that nearly anyone can afford today.
